Prince Harry's feud with King Charles seems no closer to mending, and now three senior royals are considered to be coming in the way of any reconciliation, as per a report.

British Royal Family Rift Still Unhealed

According to The Telegraph, as the King battles cancer, reconciliation with his younger son has not been forthcoming and several insiders indicate that King Charles is disappointed by how Harry portrayed Queen Camilla in his book, 'Spare'.

Prince Harry’s Accusations Stir Tension

In Harry's book, he does not hesitate, calling Camilla "the villain" and "the third person in the marriage," referring to her status during Charles and Princess Diana's troubled marriage.

He mentioned that, "she needed to rehabilitate her image. The need for her to rehabilitate her image…that made her dangerous because of the connections that she was forging within the British press," quoted Cosmopolitian.

Harry even went on to write in his book that, "And there was open willingness on both sides to trade information and with a family built on hierarchy, and with her on the way to being Queen Consort, there was going to be people or bodies left in the street because of that," as quoted in the report.

One source told The Telegraph that, "in Charles's mind" Harry has "most egregiously crossed the line in attacking the Queen," quoted Cosmopolitan.

King Charles’ Silent Struggle

However, one of the king's friends shared that the subject of his rift with Prince Harry is so "tender" that he doesn't even discuss it with friends, reported Cosmopolitan. An insider pointed out that, "It seems to me one of those things that, if you wanted to have a cheerful evening or cheerful lunch, is probably best not to mention," as quoted in the report.

Three Royals Standing in the Way

Insiders also revealed that Charles is "bemused by Harry's repeated airing of laundry," and also mentioned that the king and his younger son might not be able to med their ties because of the role of Prince William, Kate Middleton and Queen Camilla, according to Cosmopolitan.

Telegraph cited a source saying, "As long as William, Kate and Camilla have a say in the matter, Harry will be left out in the Californian wilderness."
