    The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) will release the notification for the National Defence Academy and Naval Academy Examination (NDA/NA) II 2025 today, May 28.     The NDA/NA II exam allows candidates to apply for the Indian Army, Navy, and Air Force wings. The application form can be accessed through the official UPSC website. Candidates are advised to complete the process early to avoid last-minute issues.

    UPSC NDA/NA 2 2025 Notification: Who Can Apply

    Candidates must be unmarried and born between January 2, 2005, and January 1, 2008. For the Army Wing, candidates must have passed Class 12 or equivalent. For the Air Force, Navy, and Naval Academy, candidates must have passed Class 12 with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics.

    Female candidates who meet these criteria can also apply. They must fulfill the physical standards laid down by the National Defence Academy.

    UPSC NDA/NA 2 2025 Notification: Exam Pattern and Selection Process

    The selection process includes a written exam followed by an SSB interview. The written exam has two papers:

    • Mathematics: 120 questions for 300 marks

    • General Ability Test (GAT): for 600 marks

    Candidates must score at least 25% in each paper to qualify for the SSB interview. The interview carries 900 marks and includes:

    • Stage 1: Officer Intelligence Rating (OIR) and Picture Perception & Description Test (PP&DT)

    • Stage 2: Group Testing Officer Tasks, Psychology Tests, and Conference

    The final selection is based on a total score of 1800 marks.
