Stock market update: Stocks that hit 52-week highs on NSE in today's trade

NEW DELHI: Shares of AB Infrabuild, Banco Products, SecMark Consultancy, Stampede Cap(DVR)and Krishana Phoschem, hit their fresh 52-week highs during Wednesday's trade on NSE.

Benchmark NSE Nifty closed 129.55 points up at 24813.45 amid buying in frontline bluechip counters.

However, stocks such as Music Broadcast, Lasa Supergenerics, Chembond Chem, HCL Infosystems and Kamdhenu, touched their fresh 52-week lows.

Overall, 36 shares ended in the green in Nifty50 index, while 14 closed in the red.

In the Nifty 50 index, BEL, Cipla, Tata Steel, HDFC Life and Bajaj Finserv were among top gainers during the day, while IndusInd Bank, JSW Steel, Kotak Bank, Coal India Ltd and Power Grid ended in the red.

The BSE Sensex closed 410.19 points up at 81596.63.

Traders piled up positions in IT Enabled Services, General, Tourism & Hospitality, Retail and Auto sectors, while selling was witnessed in Tea / Coffee, Construction, Paper, Consumer Durables and Hospitals & Allied Services sectors during the day.
