Harvard and University of Toronto make contingency plan for international students
Harvard University and the University of Toronto have announced a backup plan. This plan allows Harvard graduate students to study in Canada. This is for students who cannot enter the U.S. due to visa problems. The John F. Kennedy School of Government students can study at the University of Toronto's Munk School. The program combines courses from both universities.
